Mt. Angel Sausage Company - available at VOLKSFEST ONLY - specially made Volksfest Links: Lean mild pork and beef smoked sausage made with locally sourced spices and protein. Smoked with apple wood and an old world flavor profile. Available both in retail packs and by the sandwich.
