Beer, Cider & Wine
Beer and sausage are the perfect combination. Wurstfest has some great beer offerings to go along with that perfect “Wurst.” There’s bound to be something for everyone! If you’re not a beer drinker, there’s also wine, cider, Pepsi products, coffee, water and Crater Lake Root Beer.
Boneyard RPM IPA- Brewed using 6 different NW varieties of hops at over 2.5 pounds per barrel, RPM IPA focuses on extreme hoppiness rather than bitterness. It’s golden to copper in color with a complex malt profile that will not overshadow the hops. Our flagship, RPM IPA, will satisfy any opinionated hop forward IPA consumer.
Benedictine Brewery Black Habit - Belgian Dark Strong Ale brewed by Monks right here in Mount Angel
Block 15 Bloktoberfest Märzen Lager - Our unfiltered Bavarian-style Märzen lager, brewed with specialty German malts and hops. Delicate hopping with noble varieties imparts subtle floral and spicy hop aromas, while pilsner and honey malts contribute a blend of biscuity, toasty, and nutty flavors. Extended lagering smoothes the brew, providing a round, thirst-quenching finish.
Weihenstephan Pilsner - Golden-yellow and bright, Weihenstephaner Pilsner comes up with a distinctively strong hop aroma and a pleasant bitterness. This combination provides a uniquely hoppy Pilsner, which is enjoyable to a wide variety of beer drinkers.
Weihenstephan Lager - A good beer takes time, and the long storage time makes our bright yellow lager, “Original”, a flavorful beer with a fine poured, white foam. Featuring a mild hoppy note and a pleasantly fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews, or hearty snacks.
Weihenstaphan Korbinian - Our Korbinian is a full-bodied, dark Doppelbock with light brown foam, which wins beer lovers over with it’s balance of fruity plums and figs and a dark malt aroma—reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate. Its roasted flavor goes well with smoked meats and fish, as well as venison and poultry.
Weihenstephan Hefeweissbier Dunkel – Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. The beer features a fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature banana, which harmonize with delicious flavors of roasted malt. Hefeweissbier Dunkel is sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip, and is an excellent accompaniment to hearty meals and game, as well as chocolate and nut desserts.
Bauman’s Cider Clyde’s Dry - A blend of more than a dozen varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It draws it’s tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples
Bauman’s Cider Loganberry - Logans are generally one of the first berries of the season, and they cannot be picked with a machine as they are too delicate and soft. Those attributes come out in this sweet, fruity cider from start to finish.
Eola Hills Red Blend – Smooth, soft mouthfeel coupled with a rich texture and flavors of berry jam. A blend of Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Merlot and Pinot Noir from three West Coast states - Oregon, Washington and California.
Eola Hills Pinot Noir – elegant tannins with earthy dark fruit character
Eola Hills Rose - blend of 3 grapes with nectarine and red currant flavors
Schmitt Sohne Liebfraumilch - A fine blended wine of four different types of grapes grown in the Rhine region of Germany. Grapes are blended to produce a fresh and fruity wine which is medium in style. It’s great as an easy-drinking wine, but also goes well with milder dishes.
Eola Hills Pinot Gris - made exclusively from estate grown grapes of the Eola-Amity sub AVA of the Willamette Valley.
Eola Hills Chardonnay - Made with grapes from select Oregon vineyards, this Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak for just eight months to enhance the fruit qualities without the wood hiding the flavor. Nice, soft tropical fruit flavors mingle with a hint of oak and finish is subtle and crisp, making this an enjoyable, medium-bodied wine.
